These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Colour Bee website www.colourbee.in and the purchase of T-shirts offered through it.
By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. About Colour Bee™
Colour Bee™ offers creative apparel and accessories including:

  • Doodle T-shirts
  • Doodle hoodies
  • Caps
  • Colouring markers and accessories
  • Customised and bulk products


Selected T-shirts and hoodies feature doodle artwork that customers can colour, wear, wash and colour again.

Colour • Wear • Wash • Repeat

Product contents and marker inclusions may vary and will be mentioned on the relevant product page.

2. Product Information
Colour Bee offers T-shirts, Hoddie’s, Caps etc., through this Platform.

All products are subject to availability.

Product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and pricing may be updated at any time without prior notice. Minor variations in appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing size charts and product details before placing an order.

3. Colouring, Washing & Product Care
Customers should use the supplied or recommended markers and follow the colouring
 and washing instructions provided with the product.

Colouring and wash results may vary depending on:

  • Amount of colour used
  • Marker type
  • Fabric
  • Washing method
  • Detergent
  • Water temperature
  • Number of washes

Complete removal of every colour or mark is not guaranteed unless specifically stated on the product page.
Damage caused by incorrect washing, unsuitable markers, bleaching agents, harsh chemicals or improper product use may not be considered a manufacturing defect.

4. Marker Safety & Adult Supervision
Markers should be used only for their intended purpose and according to the instructions provided on the packaging.

Markers should not be:

  • Ingested
  • Used around the eyes or mouth
  • Applied to skin unless specifically approved for such use
  • Used by young children without appropriate adult supervision

Where products are purchased for children, a parent, guardian, teacher or responsible adult should supervise the colouring activity as appropriate.

5. Orders & Payments
Customers are responsible for providing correct information including:

  • Name
  • Contact details
  • Shipping address
  • Product
  • Size
  • Quantity
  • Customisation details

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be completed using the available payment options on the Platform.
  • Orders may be canceled or refused in cases of:
    • Pricing errors
    • Payment failure
    • Suspected fraudulent activity

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment verification.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Once processed, your order is handed over to our trusted courier partner for dispatch.

Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges will be shown during checkout or communicated separately for customised and bulk orders.

Colour Bee™ may cancel or refuse an order where:

  • The product is unavailable.
  • Payment fails.
  • Incorrect pricing is displayed because of a technical error.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
  • Requested customisation cannot be completed.

Where Colour Bee™ cancels a paid order, the applicable payment resolution will be processed according to our policies and applicable law.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes
Offers, coupons and discount codes may:

  • Have limited validity.
  • Apply only to selected products.
  • Require a minimum order value.
  • Be limited to one use.
  • Not be combined with other offers unless stated.

Colour Bee™ may modify or withdraw promotions before an order is placed.

7. Shipping, Delivery, Replacement & Refunds
Order processing, shipping, tracking, delivery, damaged products, incorrect products, missing accessories, replacements and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy.

Important Notice – T-Shirt, Hoddie’s, Caps etc., Policy

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for T-shirts.
  • This policy is in place due to hygiene considerations, as children’s clothing requires the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • All T-shirts are prepared and maintained with strict hygiene standards at Nexus Habitat.
  • Please ensure you select the correct size and style before placing your order, as we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us. Our team will review and resolve the matter within 5 working days.

8. Customised & Bulk Orders
Colour Bee™ may provide customised and bulk products for:

  • Schools
  • Birthday parties
  • Corporates
  • Events
  • CSR programs
  • Workshops
  • Brand activations
  • Other bulk requirements

Customisation may include names, logos, artwork, school branding, company branding or event designs.
Customers are responsible for checking and approving:

  • Artwork
  • Names
  • Spelling
  • Sizes
  • Colours
  • Quantity
  • Other specifications

Changes may not be possible once production has started.
Bulk orders may have separate agreed terms relating to quantity, pricing, payment, production time, shipping and customisation.

9. Customer-Submitted Artwork
Customers submitting logos, artwork, photographs, names or other content confirm that they own the material or have permission to use it.
Colour Bee™ may refuse content that is illegal, offensive, abusive, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.

10. Intellectual Property
The Colour Bee™ name, logo, website content, original doodle designs, illustrations, photographs, graphics, packaging and brand material belong to or are licensed to Colour Bee™.
They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior permission.

11. Website Use
Customers must not:

  • Misuse the website.
  • Attempt unauthorised access.
  • Introduce malicious software.
  • Create fraudulent orders.
  • Provide false payment information.
  • Copy website content for unauthorised commercial purposes.

Colour Bee™ may restrict access where fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.

12. Limitation of Responsibility
Colour Bee™ is not responsible for damage caused by improper product use, incorrect washing, misuse of markers or failure to follow the supplied instructions.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
