Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. 
  
• Once processed, your order is handed over to our trusted courier partner for dispatch.

      Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received

For bulk orders, including school programs, birthday parties, corporate events, CSR activities, and customized orders, processing time may vary between 5–15 business days depending on order quantity and customization requirements.

Colour Bee™ ships across India through trusted courier partners. International shipping for bulk orders may be arranged upon request.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India
• Bulk orders as transport charges applicable (₹25 per t shirt) & (₹40 per Hoddie’s)
• Accessories shipping costs (colouring markers) ₹70

Colour Bee™ reserves the right to revise shipping charges from time to time.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days
• J & K: 4 to 6 business days
• North East Cities: 5 to 7 Business days
• Tier 2 Cities: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 
Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, enabling you to monitor your shipment status.
